NOTE
-By answering the form and commissioning me, you agree to follow and respect the T.O.S. If you have any questions regarding any specific details, please don't hesitate to ask me.

PAYMENT/PRICES
-All prices are base price only. Prices may go higher depending on the character design difficulty.
-At least 50% non-refundable payment upfront is required to secure a slot/to start the model making. All remaining balance should be paid after the model is done.
-Payment thru PayPal only (USD).
-Cancellation=No refund and no files will be sent to the client.
-Do not send any money unless I send an invoice. If you send the money without invoice/notice, it'll be counted as a tip and not part of the payment.Turn Around Time (TAT)

-Completion of the full commission is around 4 months. It may take shorter (1 week) or longer depending on client's respond time and character's detail complexity.
- If the client failed to respond/give feedback within 1 month time period, the commission will be void without refund.
- If I (artist) failed to respond/give update within 1 month time period, the commission will be void with full refund.REFERENCE SHEET, DESIGN AND LOGO
-If you have a reference sheet, it should include the following: (full body image of the character, fully colored or flat colors are fine, color palette is recommended to have but not necessary, rough sketch/es are fine too, as long as the main character concept is clear. Please also provide the reference sheet artist (if applicable).
-If you don't have a reference sheet available, there'll be a $80 fee. Mood boards and written descriptions/lore are highly appreciated too.
-If you have a design artist, please put their social media account in the form so I can credit them in the model sheet.
-If you have a logo, you can also send it over with the references so I can add it to the model sheet. Please do not forget to put the logo artist's social media account so I can credit them too.WORKFLOW / REVISIONS AND ADD ONS
-Feedbacks are expected within 72-hour period. This is to reduce the time it'll take to finish the model.
-Rush fee is $300.
-Major revisions are allowed for sketch phase only. Minor revisions (such as : detail adjustments, body adjustments, etc) are allowed until flat colors only. Slight shading adjustments are fine during the entire process. Too much revisions/changing minds will result to additional fee.
-Please do not ask me to change/copy someone's art style. I will cancel the commission right away without refund. But please do not be afraid to ask for revisions. Asking for revisions and asking me to copy someone's art style are two different things, so please do not be afraid to communicate ^^.
-If the clients wanted an add-on (arm pose, accessories, additional expression) when I'm already working on the model, an invoice will be sent when the files are done and ready to be released.FILES
-Art only, No rigging included.
-I will not release any files until fully paid.
-Files will be sent thru GDrive. Please remember to save your own copies because I remove the files in my GDrive and PC weeks after the client received the files.
-Do not edit/trace the model and claim the art as yours. Please let me know if you would sell the model (due to graduation, rebranding, financial reasons, etc.)
-It's fine to edit the model for memes and content creations.
-The model art can be use for streaming and other related activities.
-If the client didn't reply for 48 hours after the files have been sent, it'll be considered received by the client.IMPORTANT NOTES
› I(artist) have the rights to turndown a commission request if it's outside my skill/comfort range. I can also add the commissioned piece to my portfolio and use it as my art sample (If you want to keep the model as a secret until debut/model reveal, please let me know). I also have the rights to be credited as the model artist. Mentioning my twitter handle (@xianglynx_) is enough. I'm also free to use existing textures, patterns and assets to do the model. However, I'm not allowed to reproduce textures, assets, patterns that is personalized for the client.› You(client) have the rights to use the model for streaming, content creation etc., but not merch making. If you're planning to make a merch by printing the model art I drew for you, please DM me first (this will result to additional $100 fee). Editing the model for fun, memes and content creation is fine (like changing the colors in VTS, using assets etc. ), but editing/tracing over it and claiming it as yours is not. It's also fine to sell the model, but please let me know first.
